Cleanse!

I've decided to do a juice cleanse!  I've heard great things about them, and all the benefits it can bring to your body.  My biggest challenge however will be: self-control.  I figured if I blog about it, maybe I will be more willing to stick with it.  I'm going to do a 15 day juice "reboot".  5 days will be eating and juicing, and the other 10 days will be only juicing.  Juicing has many benefits, such as it helps boost your immune system, it can help clear your skin, it helps with digestion, and it resets your system to reduce unhealthy cravings, as well as many other things. The cleanse I am going to do is through "Reboot with Joe" which you can find here

This may get expensive. But I'm hoping it will be good for my health!

With lots of prayers, I’m so thankful to say that the weather was amazing the whole time they were here! It was sunny and warm and perfect. Thank you Jesus!   Arthur and I met Derek and Katie at the airport, only to be greeted with what I would picture as the Japanese version of them. They walked off with facemasks on and if it weren’t for their height, I may have mistaken them for true Japanese! ;) (see video below) They were s...

PURE JOY

Well, the moment almost every woman waits for in her life occurred for me at the beginning of this month. No, it wasn't getting my license.  No, it was not graduation high school.   No, it was not turning 21.   No, it was not graduating college.
